Shipping & Return Policy
1. Nature of Pharmaceutical Products
Pharmaceutical products are regulated, safety-sensitive, and temperature-controlled goods. If an order has been packed and dispatched, the products cannot be returned for safety, quality, and regulatory reasons. Returns will therefore not be accepted after shipment, but genuine claims may be reviewed according to the conditions mentioned in this policy.
2. Shipping Policy — Order Processing
If payment is confirmed and products are available, we will usually process and dispatch the order within 1–5 business days. Dispatch time may vary if the product requires procurement from the manufacturer, regulatory documentation is required, or courier or airline schedules change. If delays occur due to customs inspections, regulatory checks, airline delays, or logistics disruptions, Sipmax Pharma will assist with communication but cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines.
3. Customs Clearance Responsibility
If the shipment arrives in the destination country, the consignee (buyer or customer) is responsible for customs clearance and local import compliance. Sipmax Pharma will provide required shipping documents such as the commercial invoice and airway bill, but import permits, licenses, and customs duties remain the responsibility of the consignee.
4. Refund or Replacement Eligibility
Refund or replacement may be considered only if the issue is directly caused by us, such as an incorrect product supplied, an incorrect quantity shipped, or product damaged due to packaging failure. If such an issue occurs, the buyer must notify Sipmax Pharma within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence.
5. Situations Where Refund Will Not Apply
Refunds will not be issued if the issue occurs due to circumstances beyond the control of Sipmax Pharma. This includes situations where the shipment is delayed by customs authorities, the shipment is rejected due to import restrictions, the buyer does not have required import permits, the consignee refuses delivery, or the shipment is abandoned after arrival. We may assist with communication where possible.
6. Failure to Clear Shipment
If the consignee fails to clear the shipment within the free storage period provided by customs or the airline, the shipment may incur warehouse charges, demurrage fees, customs penalties, or destruction charges. These charges will be the responsibility of the consignee, but Sipmax Pharma may assist with communication if necessary.
7. Shipment Refusal or Abandonment
If the consignee refuses delivery, fails to respond to customs authorities, or abandons the shipment after arrival, the shipment may be returned, auctioned, or destroyed according to local regulations. Sipmax Pharma will not be responsible for any costs, penalties, or losses resulting from such actions.
8. Payment Obligation
If the shipment has been dispatched according to the confirmed order, the buyer remains responsible for payment of the goods. Failure to clear customs, shipment refusal, or destruction by authorities does not cancel the buyer's payment obligation.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved after review, it may be processed via bank transfer only. Intermediary bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transfer costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions with Sipmax Pharma are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.
